I love the antique woods and blown glass lights and they way they contrast against the stainless steel. But mostly I just love how open it is--even to the outside. It seems like the perfect place to host a dinner party...Something tells me that if I want a kitchen like that in DC, I'm going to have to build it myself.photographer Nathalie Krag via Roseland Greene

Beautiful... my dream kitchen, by Hong Kong standards, is just a stove with a single burner. So many places i've seen don't even have that; they just use a hot plate, if anything. I've seen a couple places that have stoves with two burners. I haven't heard of people here having ovens. Once i find an apartment and decorate it, obviously using many of your great ideas of course, my new challenge will be how to have a dinner party in an apartment the size of a dorm room, that may not actually have a stove.
